Rockville, MD, May 25, 2004 - At the International
Reprographics Show in Hollywood, FL, IDEAL received top awards for its
Online PlanRoom. IDEAL.com unveiled enhanced
communication and bid management tools for IDEAL Online PlanRoom
Software. These tools include: (1) Bid Blaster™, for sending out
bid packages via fax or email; (2) Bid Package Matrix, which enables
contractors to order bid packages for their sub-contractors;
(3) PlanDEX, helps reprographers print bid sets faster and easier.

reprographic shop and their general contractor customers to do

With IDEAL Online PlanRoom's Bid Blaster and Bid Package Matrix,
communication between contractors and their subs is fast and easy.
Contractors manage lists of subcontractors through a web browser,
then quickly choose subs based upon CSI codes and send out bid
invitations via fax and/or email. Sub-contractors who receive the
invitation log on, view bid documents, order drawings and respond
to the invitation in one easy process. Viewing of even large files
happens without download at browser speed via revolutionary thin

for Reprographers. IDEAL Online PlanRoom is unique because it can print

Reprographers manage their printing process as they've always done, but

IDEAL Online PlanRoom is customizable in "look" and "feel," so it maintains
the market identity and business process Reprographers already have in place.
It resides on the Reprographer's server, and is accessible only through
secure log-in, so Reprographers and their customers know that their projects,
job history, subcontractor lists and bid information are viewed only by
permitted persons.
Both contractors and reprographers improve communications and shorten
decision processes with the reporting capabilities of the IDEAL Online
PlanRoom. Reports include bid reports, history reports, subcontractor
reports, job reports and more.
IDEAL's Online PlanRoom is installed and in use at various sites throughout
the United States, and the customer list continues to grow.
