Rockville, MD, July 7, 2004 - IDEAL.com introduces its new Aperture Card
Blow Back System for engineers, manufacturing, scientific or any one with
aperture cards that need to be converted to paper drawings. This cost-effective
system is designed specifically to replace old and ailing aperture card readers.
Users can quickly and easily perform functions ranging from the most simple,
such as printing a hard copy of the card, to the more complex, such as capturing
a digital copy of the card and creating a searchable database. IDEAL's Aperture
Card Blow Back System comes completely configured and ready to use.

IDEAL's Aperture Card Blow Back System is a bundled solution with the convenience
of one-vendor service and support. It makes it easy to do tasks such as re-engineer
parts, re-manufacture products or re-design buildings by enabling fast scanning and
indexing of aperture cards and direct printing of full 36" wide monochrome prints.
Each component of this system is top-of-the-line in its class. The scanner uses a
FireWire or USB interface to efficiently rasterize large format drawings that have
been stored on aperture cards. The scanner also reads Hollerith code for automatic
scaling & file naming. The printer is a super fast CAD graphics machine capable of
printing 567 sf/hr monochrome in superdraft mode.
