provides Secure Online Meeting Rooms for Collaboration.
This virtual conference room is designed for a single
online meeting or presentation. Conference on Demand is
a stand-alone module in IDEAL's IntraNETIX suite of
products which enables large format collaboration
online. IDEAL sets up the room for the user, scans their
drawings, loads the drawings into the room and sends out
meeting invitations for the user via email. All the
conference participants do is log in to the meeting.
