Feature Story: New Dealer Program Roll-Out |

Overview: Effective April 15, 2003, IDEAL launched a
NEW Authorized I/DEALer Program for the U.S. This new
program is a significant step for the U.S. market, and
focuses IDEAL's recognition and commitment on the
importance of Authorized I/DEALers within the United
States and reinforces IDEAL's continuing dedication and
investment in the channel.

Trade Show News: Online Terror and Technology

IDEAL took part in the
Online Terror and Technology Show that ran live
on the Internet from May 12 through 15. The show remains
available online until August 31, 2003. You can check it
out at www.tatevent.com. The show was
highlighted in a special Section of the Wall Street
Journal on Monday, April 28, 2003. The article on
Selling Strategies was called: THE SHOW GOES ON. It
discussed the many benefits of online trade shows. To

Who's Who at IDEAL: Kevin Lilly - Scanner Support |
 |
Who do you turn to when
you have a problem with your IDEAL/Contex scanner? Kevin
Lilly is IDEAL's expert diagnostician and scanner
repair maven. He has worked in the reprographic industry
for almost 30 years and has been with IDEAL since 1989.
Kevin is our number one factory-trained service
technician. Kevin estimates that between repairs,
adjustments, and periodic maintenance he has physically
worked on about 600 scanners. He can't even begin to
count the numbers of support questions he's fielded. Our
guess here at IDEAL is that if there were a walking,
talking dictionary of everything scanner-related, it
would be Kevin. There seems to be no question about
IDEAL/Contex scanners that he can't answer.
