Neville Knowles, Manager
of Escondido Reprographics Inc., recognized the
importance of online print submission and ordering for
his small reprographics shop, so he began to explore the
various options on the market. There were several
factors that were of utmost importance: (1) Since his
shop runs Xerox printers, his online ordering and
printing system needed to support Plotworks; (2)
Escondido Reprographics Inc. is an independent
reprographics shop, so it was important to have a
solution that was not tied to any particular
organization; (3) The solution needed to be cost
effective and needed to have a growth path, once its
potential was proven.
