End User License Agreement for Ideal Software
IMPORTANT: When you entered your name as required during installation, you indicated your acceptance of the following license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the software and all accompanying material to Ideal or its authorised distributor for a full refund.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Ideal grants to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and personal license to install and use the software contained in this package (hereinafter called the “Software”) on a single computer. You may make a second copy for your own exclusive use on either a home or portable computer.
A copy of the Software may also be installed or stored on a storage device, such as a network server. However you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the Software is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except as provided by law.
You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software.
You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software.
If you fail to comply with the terms in this license, Ideal terminates without notice the license granted herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and governed according to the laws of Denmark.
Ideal retains all rights to the Software not expressly granted in the Agreement.
COPYRIGHT
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Software and its accompanied printed material and any copies of the Software are owned by Ideal. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED WARRANTIES
Ideal offers and you accept the Software “AS IS”. Ideal does not warrant that the Software will meet all of your requirements or will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Ideal DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE AND ALL ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Ideal SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF Ideal HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Ideal’S LIABILITY EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO Ideal BY YOU UNDER THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
