If you in while using Archive Station select a multi-page file in the Record List view, the image window displays the pages in small rectangles in the upper part and displays the current selected page in the lower part. The current selected page is marked with a red border in the upper part of the image view. You can select another page by clicking on it. You can use drag and drop to Reorder the pages: click on a page, drag it into another position and release the left mouse button.
To delete a page select the page in the upper part of the image window and click on the menu item Image è Page Manipulation è Delete Page.
To navigate use the multi-page toolbar buttons or the menu items found in Image è Page Manipulation: First -, Previous -, Next - and Last Page. You can also use the shortcuts Page Up and Page Down for Previous- and Next Page.
To add a page click on the multi-page toolbar button 
. When you have added the page in the Scan Station, you'll have to return to the Archive Station.
