This standard support warranty includes free phone support up to one year from the date of purchase, and software support up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Certified IDEAL dealers are entitled to unlimited free phone support, but are asked to fill out the Support E-mail Form so we can better assist them.

Can you still get free IDEAL scanner support even if you don't fit the categories above? Sure you can. We provide many support resources such as: Knowledge base, support pages, free downloads on our ftp site, and you can always email support questions or questions about our IDEAL warranty details to our support team. All free!
