Menu rFile
File opening and saving commands (version for AutoCAD)

New

Menu: rFile > New

Toolbar: WiseImage

Description: Creates a new raster image. Using this command you can create an image of any type: color, greyscale, monochrome. You can immediately specify an insertion point (the image lower-left corner). In this case the image is inserted with zero rotation angle and in such a scale, that its dimensions in AutoCAD units are equal to the selected format dimensions in measurement units selected from the dialog box. To change units, scale, or angle enter an option name in the command line and specify a value.

Open Multipage

Menu: rFile > Open Multipage

Description: Opens a multipage TIFF file.

The command is supported by the Load File dialog, which allows you to select which pages to open. To select the pages to be opened, check the boxes next to the appropriate pages (a preview of each page contents is shown in the Preview tab and information in the Properties tab). By default all pages are loaded.
You can also open multipage TIFF with the rFile > Open command. In this case the Load File dialog is skipped. You can rearrange pages in Images dialog window.

Save
Save As

Menu: rFile > Save, rFile > Save As

Toolbar: WiseImage

Description: Saves a selected image to the current file or to new file. If an image is not linked to the file (a new image created during the current work session), the program opens the raster image save dialog, where you must specify the raster file name, its location and format.
If there is only one available image in the drawing (visible, located on unlocked layer), it is automatically saved. Otherwise you should select a saved image either before or after invoking the command. If you did not selected an image before invoking the command, or if you selected several images, a dialog box is displayed that contains a list of all inserted or selected images, and you should select the one to be saved.

After saving one of the image instances to a new file, all other instances to the saved image become linked to this file. The image logical name will not be changed.

If you work in AutoCAD with WiseImage and save an AutoCAD drawing, all the changed and unsaved raster images inserted in the current drawing are automatically saved. If there are any insertions (newly created with WiseImage tools) in the drawing, which are not linked to raster files, a dialog box for raster image saving will be opened for each of them, where you can specify the name, format and location of the file to be saved.

Save Multipage

Menu: rFile > Save Multipage

Description: Saves selected images as pages in multipage TIFF- file, e.g. you can save several raster files located in WiseImage document to a single file. The page order can be rearranged in the AutoCAD Image Manager window.
